Week 1 Weigh In...



I lost 2 lbs. This was a slow week for me. I didn't get to exercise but 1 day so far this week. Oh well, I am happy with the loss but hope to really pick up the weight loss next week. Shooting for 3 lbs for next week, yippeee! My goal is to be in the 180's by next week at this time.

This is now my new weight loss blog.

I have now made this my new weight loss blog. I think Miken was the only one I had following me on here anyways, lol. So here is my story. I have always been overweight. I have played sports all of my life but always the "big girl" on the team. I needed some motivation so my work joined a weight loss challenge in January and I lost around 25 lbs. So for this new competition I started in at 195.

My goals:
  • Get down to 175 by the end of the competition.
  • Continue working out 5 + days a week.
  • Eat better (1200-1500) calories a day.
  • Get my family involved.
