Day 4

TUESDAY-DAY 3

Well today started out to be an interesting one. I was getting ready for work and Jonas was watching some Mickey Mouse. I walked in the other room for a second and within seconds I hear water. I was unsure of what it could be considering how Jo was in the living room, or so I thought. I get to the bathroom and there he was. JONAS. He is brushing his teeth. Oh it gets better, with my toothbrush…using the toilet as a sink. Dipping my toothbrush in the toilet to brush his teeth. What am I going to do with him? He is all boy and a huge mess. BUT I can’t help but love the kiddo. He keeps me on my toes, keeps me laughing, and keeps me insane. LOL!

Nate called today. He got sunburn already. He spent the majority of the day at the beach yesterday and he even went snorkeling. He misses his family but I just hope he enjoys himself because his time over there will be up before he knows it.

Well I started on my research paper. I am being a good girl and trying to get ahead. Nate would be proud.

Day 3

Well I always seem to be on here more when the hubby is gone. This is my place to go and let it all out. I hope you enjoy.

Things are going here. I am done being sad that Nate is gone because it does Jonas and I no good. I miss him so much. I find myself not doing homework because he isn’t here to get onto me about doing it, lol. Yesterday was not a great day, the weekends are the hardest.

I decided last week that I didn’t care about school. I was burned out. So I took a quiz and randomly guessed the 10 answers and let me just say that it was not a smart idea. Although the crappy weekend, I have found a little more enthusiasm this week in doing school work, mostly in part because finals are next week and I don't have a choice.

The TV is my new best friend. LOL. I swear I think I watched at least 3 hours tonight. It was nice catching up on all of my shows.

This is a very random post.

Oh, I read a new book this weekend and I feel inspired. It was called The Total Money Makeover. Any book to do with finances I love but this one caught my attention. I am on a mission while Nate is gone I’m going to get things paid off. I am really excited.

Jonas is good. He is going to be the death of me. He cracks me up and then makes me cry. He is so hard headed. Oh, and he has learned to bite. Fun stuff! He has also learned a new song he calls "Da Da Da" and he dances to it. It is so cute. He is my big boy. I can tell he is missing daddy and it sucks for the both of us. He gives daddy's picture sugars every night. The thing I hate most about Nathan being gone is Jonas hollering for him every morning and evening when we get home. He took me upstairs the other day. I was unsure what he was up to. We got to my room and he screamed, "Daddy". We would always wake daddy up and Nate would hide under the covers. Things like that are the hardest parts of my day.

I know I sound all depressed but I am not. I am just adjusting to what my life will be like for the next 4-6 months.

Unfortunately for you that read this you will be along for the ride.

Well my hunny left yesterday. He is now in Guam and I am missing him. No fun!

Hello

Well we have one more week until Nate leaves. I always hate the countdown. I found out that I should expect 6 months but it could be only 4ish. That would be awesome.
Things are going good here. We have officially moved back to our house in Sedalia. We passed our housing inpection on the 8th so we are done with that.
School is going pretty good. I hate economics!
Jonas is getting big. He got his first hair cut last weekend so no more curls. :( He looks so grown up now. He is going to be a big boy like his daddy. He is pretty tall already I think.
Work is going good for me. I am still loving it.

Christmas and update

I have nevgot time to keep up to date with this thing. Things are going great here. We are moving back into our house. Our renters moved out over the weekend and as much as I love living on base money wise it would be best if we lived back in our house. I start back to school next week. I am starting at Park University on base and I can't wait. I started a new job. I still work for the hospital but I now work for the medical equipment company. I love it! I work 8-4:30 monday-friday. I finally have weekends and holidays off and I really don't know what to do with myself. We are counting down to Nate leaving. I am so not looking forward to it. I give him a hard time but I really will miss him and all his help (with Jonas that is) gosh knows you ain't picking up a broom anytime soon. AND JONAS...where do I begin? He is a royal mess but is a total blast at the same time. He is so smart. He can point and say eyes, nose, and mouth. He is talking up a storm. Oh and my favorite saying "Stop it". That is what he tells me when I get on to him. I am going to have to think of some different tactics for discipline. Well I am really going to try to get on here more and keep everyone a little more up to date. Take care!!
